Wedding & Event Styling with a Vintage Twist
I add warmth, character and personality to your wedding by styling your venue with unique and specially sourced vintage items. Styling is more than just a ‘nice to have’ luxury, I truly believe the décor helps make the day, giving it a wow factor and unforgettable ambience that your guests will talk about for years to come.
Whether you don’t know where to start or already have lots of ideas, I can help you design your décor, nourish the details and make it a reality on the day. There are so many styling options for us to explore, from a whimsical celebration adorned with my stash of vintage lace to an elegant affair that uses a vintage dresser as a dessert table, the options are endless. I love to take vintage items and repurpose them in unexpected ways that create lots of interest for you and your guests. They also make brilliant photo opportunities!
I offer four styling packages to help you create a wedding or event that stands out from the crowd:
Inspiration & Styling Kickstarter: from £90
If you just need an expert eye to kick start your DIY and crafting, I’ll collaborate with you over email to curate a selection of mood boards that encapsulate your ideal wedding or event style to help you create décor with wow factor.
Consultation, Coffee & Cake: from £300
If you love the idea of styling your own very special day yourself, but would like a bit of extra support in the designing stages, we can work together to make the most out of your ideas. We will start by chatting through your ideas, then I will create mood boards and a styling plan for you. I can help you source props, decor and furniture for your day too. This service includes up to 10 hours of styling assistance, including 2 in-person meetings preferably with a cuppa and some cake! You may upgrade this package at any point.
A Stylish Helping Hand: from £360
Love the idea of discovering vintage gems for your décor, but hate the idea of styling it all on the day when you should be getting ready? Hand over your plans to me and I’ll make sure everything comes together exactly as planned, giving you the freedom to enjoy your day. This includes 1 meeting at the venue to generate ideas together and up to 10 hours on-the-day styling assistance. The cost does not include take-down.
The Whole Vintage Kit & Caboodle: from £1400
If you simply don’t have the time in your already busy schedule or don’t know where to start, I can design a concept that perfectly reflects your style, sourcing all the décor details, bringing it to life and styling your venue on the day. This package includes:
+ A special thank you gift
+ Up to 3 meet-ups, including at least 2 at the venue
+ Brainstorming session, concept discussion & full design document
+ Digital mood boards of all styling elements
+ Unlimited communication via email, phone, skype, etc.
+ Full use of my prop & decor cupboard
+ Bespoke prop & product sourcing
+ Supplier recommendation & liaison
+ Crafting (excluding cost of materials)
+ Up to 10 hours on-the-day (or the day before, or a split of the two) venue styling & full set-up
+ 3 hours take-down the following day
